The course has been designed to promote excellent communication between autistic and non-autistic people, and to enable you to explore your workplace’s unique sensory environment.
It is tailored with sector specific elements and provides a mix of multi-media presentations, group discussions and activities. It also has a practical session to look at how to apply what you have learned to your induction/welcome processes.
